Established in 1954, the Mount Vernon Numismatic Society is a local
coin club serving Mt Vernon, Ohio and the surrounding counties.
The Society's goal is to encourage and promote interest in numismatics;
to create and cultivate friendly relations between coin collectors and
dealers; to especially encourage and assist amateur collectors. It provides
a time and place for personal contact, education, trading; and for buying
and selling coins. This Society is non-profit making.
Most meetings also feature a live auction, at which both members and
visitors may bid. If you live near Mount Vernon, why not come and
